Some amazing deals at Pick n Pay… No vintages advertised but…

A SAVING of over R150 a bottle on one of South Africa’s Top 10 Chenins! R200pb less for the most highly rated Shiraz and top wine overall at the Michelangelo Awards!! R55 a bottle for one of the country’s Top 10 white blends!!! Almost 50% less than at the farm for a Cabernet in the Top Wine SA Hall of Fame!!!! What’s the catch, you may well ask…

The specials highlighted below are some of the very best wines from the Cape being offered end-Jan 2019 at huge discounts relative to cellar door prices. No doubt the deals won’t stay this good for long but what a great window of opportunity, no matter how small. It’s irritating that Pick n Pay don’t include the vintage dates in their advertising, but these beauties have such good track records that you can’t go wrong. All of the reviews and Classifications here.

  • And now Pick n Pay has Klein Constantia Vin de Constance at R475 a bottle! Normal price over R900.

  • Same experience as Lawrie. One Pick n Pay outlet had the Beyerskloof at R900.

  • Your PnP post was stimulating, but upon my visit to the store they had no knowledge of the offers and their bottle store next door denied ever stocking those wines or any wines at those prices. They suggested that I join their wine club…How disappointing!

  • Beaumont all gone too! Chamonix and Rijk’s now apparently not available from Pick n Pay in all areas? Hmmm!!

  • Thanks. I bought 6 of the Spier from Pick n Pay, but Diemersdal all sold out already!
