P.S. For those who don’t already know, Ghost Corner wines are made at the Cederberg Private Cellar using grapes trucked all the way there from Elim. Land’s End wines are vinified at the Du Toitskloof winery outside Rawsonville in the Breedekloof. And there are also top wines made using fruit grown in the Agulhas Triangle that aren’t represented at the festival – such as Trizanne Barnard’s Reserve Syrah, whose Elim grapes are hauled to a cellar in Noordhoek, around the corner from Chapman’s Peak Drive.
